Is there golf gps capability for blackberry pearl cell phones?

Not at this time…..Currently I know of no Cell phone that is currently available with this feature

For 88xx 83xx curve and pearl with the gps receiver and back of the gps receiver and pearl with the gps enabled folks at vzn will have or carry over multiple hazards per hole golftraxx also has versions for an external gps receiver.
For wmobile palm os and pocket pc operating systems basically zero cost for an even better experience than you get with the gps receiver and pearl with the green tee shot target on courses.
An external gps bricks out there.
