How Come People Say That Self-Competitor Games Like Bowling And Golf Are Not Sports?

I always used to hear people say this through high school, because I played in my school’s bowling and golf teams, that those are not “real sports”.

I never got why people said that. Bowling and golf are considered officially sports by sports’ associations.

   some people think that to be a sport, you have to break a sweat in every practice, get beat up, run around, and do all of that crazy stuff. im not saying i agree or disagree, but i see it from both sides.

   That usually comes from people who know absolutely nothing about those sports.
